VINFAST FELIZ S BATTERY RENTAL AND WARRANTY POLICY

When purchasing a VinFast Feliz S electric motorbike, customers can also choose one of two battery rental packages according to VinFast’s electric motorbike battery rental policy as follows:

Flexible battery rental package: 199,000 VND/month for a maximum distance of 500km/month. If traveling more than 500km/month, customers will pay an additional fee of 374 VND/km.
Fixed battery rental package: 350,000 VND/month, customers pay a fixed rental fee without being charged extra for exceeding the number of kilometers/month.
